Order of booking

Hotel-Booking-Russia (HBR) – is a booking system of hotels of Saint-Petersburg and other Russian cities.

General conditions

1. HBR and World Co Ltd is authorized by hotels to conduct definite legal actions:
2. accommodation of customers, delivery of information on hotels services, order of booking and check-in in the hotels of Russian Federation. Booking of services is provided on the agreements bases and in accordance with “Regulation of hotel services in Russian Federation” confirmed by the decree of the Government of Russian Federation №490 active since 25 04 1997.
3. Booking of guestrooms is provided in accordance with the regulations and conditions made by a hotel.
4. Room rates at the website of the HBR company are valid for individual tourists. Group bookings should be discussed separately. (Seasonal changes of rates are possible).
5. Booking services of HBR and World Co Ltd are free of charge, besides the individually negotiated cases when the hotel can charge 10-25% more for the first night.

Order of booking

1. Operator of HBR sends booking conformation in the day of request but not later than 24 hours after request is received. Term of booking can be exceeded during the exhibition period in Moscow and high season in Saint-Petersburg. In case of booking in other Russian cities, conformation is sent in course of 3 days from the moment request is received.
2. Booking of a hotel is provided on the bases of the website request form, correctly filled in and sent by the customer as well as on the bases of the request sent by fax, e-mail and other available contact methods.
3. Guestroom is considered to be booked when customer receives conformation with reservation number.
4. In case of impossibility to confirm booking in the requested hotel, HBR offers other accommodations.
   • Check in time is defined by a hotel and should be specified in every concrete case.
   • Time of check out is 12 o’clock.
   • Arrival and departure before and after check in and check out time should be paid separately in accordance with hotel rates.
   • Cancellation of booking by customer is possible 3 days earlier before arrival. Terms of cancellation during exhibition periods, high season and in case of group booking should be individually negotiated. Untimely cancellation causes fine sanctions in amount of the first night rate. Cancellation made in the terms specified does not imply any sanctions.
