Payment options
Payment for services
- The prices are shown in rubles and conventional units including VAT (18%) and cost of insurance. The course is fixed by hotels.
- Customer pays the registration fee by himself in accordance with the active legislation.
- The booking services are provided on the prepayment bases in the amount of services provided in the first day of stay after the booking confirmation is received.
- Possible ways and conditions of payment:
A) Cash payment:
- Credit cards Visa, MasterCard, Maestro are accepted. The account is charged without presence of the customer in case he fulfilled the form of the authorization letter.
- Payment in cash is possible only in the office of the company located in Saint-Petersburg.
B) Non-cash payment:
- As the bill is made out to the customer, organization account can be charged. Payment in rubles confirmed by the paid receipt of the bank is accepted (not later than three days before the arrival of individual clients and 10 days before the arrival of groups to the hotel);
- Payment of our receipt in the Savings Bank of any Russian city (Sberbank);
- Postal transfer.
Customer should timely notify the HBR operator about the payment. In case there is no payment confirmation received from the bank the operator cancels booking.
Responsibilities of Parties
- HBR and World Co Ltd bears responsibility for material damage aggrieved to the customer as a result of unqualified service, to the extent and as provided by the legislation of Russian Federation, besides cases when the infringement of customer’s rights is caused by force-majeure circumstances or due to the fault of the hotel;
- Customer bears responsibility for his duties before HBR and World Co Ltd as well as for the negative impact for the company’s reputation and material damage;
- The person who made booking request represents the interests of all tourists included into the request and bears responsibility before HBR and World Co Ltd for the information on the tourists added into the request, for the fulfillment of all the tourists all abovementioned responsibilities including payment for services and sanctions in case of cancellation of ordered services;
- In case customer cancels prepaid booking HBR and World Co Ltd returns whole cost of the booked services excluding sanctions. Customer pays sanctions in case he cancels order or makes changes to the order for private tourists later the cancellation term specified. Customer also pays sanctions in case he doesn’t arrive in terms specified. Sanctions amount to cost of service provided in the first day of stay. Sanctions are defined by the agreement of the hotel with HBR and World Co Ltd in case customer cancels group booking;
- HBR and World Co Ltd can return the amount which does not exceed the cost of stay and meal in a hotel for the unspent days of stay starting next day the service is stopped upon the customer’s written application on the pre-term cancellation of booked services;
- The parties escape responsibility in case of force-majeure circumstances such as earthquake, flood, fire, typhoon, hurricane, snow blockage, military activity, mass disease, strike, changes of visa regime in CIS and Baltic states and also limitations of transportation, ban on commercial operations with particular countries as a result of using international sanctions and other events that do not depend from the will of the parties. In case such circumstances occur each party should notify another in the shortest possible time.
Claims
- In case customer has claims during the period of provision of services he should make a claim in a written form and verify it by hotel representative. Documentarily confirmed claim is delivered to the office of HBR and World Co Ltd. If the cause of the claim is impossible to get rid of, customer should claim in a written form to HBR and World Co Ltd in course of 20 days after he stopped to use booked services. HBR and World Co Ltd accepts claims only with the instructions of hotel appended on the claim of impossibility to satisfy a claim in place. HBR and World Co Ltd can either recoup customer for losses or provide him with reasonable refusal in written form in course of 10 days;
- In any case amount of compensable damages cannot exceed the cost of the services bought by customer but not provided to him;
- Customer has a right to settle argument with HBR and World Co Ltd in court in accordance with the procedures established by the legislation of Russian Federation.
